BUILT FROM THE COMMUNITY,
FOR THE COMMUNITY
MOC didn't start in a boardroom. It started on the block — with the belief that every young person deserves a champion in their corner.

Transforming Lives
OUR STORY
Mindset of Champions was founded by Edward Kinnibrew in Philadelphia with a simple but powerful vision: to transform how underserved youth engage with technology and develop life skills.
Growing up in Philadelphia, Edward saw firsthand the disconnect between traditional STEM education and the realities of young people in communities of color. He recognized that gaming wasn't just entertainment — it was a powerful engagement tool that could be leveraged for education, career development, and personal growth.
MOC was built on the understanding that young people need credible messengers — mentors who look like them, come from their neighborhoods, and understand their experiences. Today, MOC operates in 5 school sites across Philadelphia, delivering proven outcomes that transform lives.
