The C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. Framework

CHAMPIONS FRAMEWORK

At Mindset of Champions, everything we do is built around the C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. framework. This is the foundation of how we help young people grow as students, leaders, creators, competitors, and future professionals through esports, media, STEM, mentorship, and project-based learning.

Phase 1

FOUNDATION

C

Character

Lead with integrity, accountability, respect, and discipline. Character is about who you are when no one is watching and how you show up for yourself and others.

H

Habits

Success is built through consistency. We help students develop strong habits around preparation, time management, focus, effort, and follow-through that carry into school, work, and life.

A

Appearance

Presentation, professionalism, and pride. How you present yourself through dress, body language, communication, and energy can shape opportunities and first impressions.

Phase 2

DIRECTION

M

Mission

Mission gives direction. Identify what you are working toward, why it matters, and how to move with purpose instead of drifting without a plan.

P

Positive-attitude

Not pretending everything is easy. It is learning how to stay grounded, coachable, resilient, and solution-focused when things get hard.

I

Intentionality

Making decisions on purpose. Think ahead, plan with clarity, and act with discipline so your effort is connected to real goals and outcomes.

Phase 3

LAUNCH

O

Obstacles

Growth requires learning how to handle setbacks. Face obstacles with problem-solving, adaptability, emotional control, and the mindset to keep moving forward under pressure.

N

Network

No one succeeds alone. Learn the value of teamwork, mentorship, communication, and building strong relationships that create support, access, and opportunity.

S

Success

Success is about more than winning. It is about growth, readiness, leadership, achievement, and building a future with confidence, skill, and purpose.
