How Enrollment Works
BECOME A CREDIBLE MESSENGER
MOC seeks mentors who genuinely identify with the neighborhoods, circumstances, and life experiences our youth navigate every day. You don't have to have it all figured out — you just have to have lived it and be willing to show up. We are a national program and we welcome credible messengers from every community we serve.
What Mentors Do
- Lead weekly sessions with students (3x/week, 90 min/session)
- Guide students through the C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. framework
- Support career pathway development and portfolio creation
- Show up as your authentic self — your story is your credential
