THIS IS NOT A CLASS. THIS IS NOT A CLUB.

Creator Academy is the flagship career and media training curriculum inside MOC Ignite — Mindset of Champions' program for high school students ages 15–18. It is delivered in partnership with PRO AM LIVE TV, a youth-run live streaming network that gives students a real platform to produce, broadcast, and publish content from Day 1.

Creator Academy trains students as broadcast hosts, podcast producers, camera operators, video editors, social media strategists, and event operations specialists — using the CHAMPIONS framework as its professional development backbone.

Every week, students produce real content for PRO AM LIVE TV. The program ends with a live public showcase they plan, produce, and execute from start to finish.

Training Tracks

FIVE DISCIPLINES. ONE PRODUCTION.

Students rotate through all five tracks and specialize in the one that fits them best.

Broadcast & On-Camera Talent

Train as a live event host. Learn voice projection, camera presence, scripted delivery, live commentary, and how to hold an audience across a full broadcast.

Storytelling, Podcasting & Journalism

Learn how to find a story, interview a real person ethically, structure a podcast episode, and produce content that tells the truth about your community.

Production, Streaming & Technical Ops

Operate cameras, set up audio, configure streaming software, and run a live broadcast station. Learn the technical foundation that makes any event possible.

Editing, Social Media & Distribution

Edit video, build a content calendar, produce short-form Reels, and manage the promotional strategy for a live event. Learn how platforms work — not just how to use them.

Event Business, Sponsorship & Operations

Build the run of show, manage sponsors, write outreach emails, and run the event operations that hold a live production together. Learn what happens before and after the camera turns on.
